Hop Harvest in the Southern Hemisphere recently wrapped up, so its time for a mission into the land of the upside-down, New Zealand.

This hazy DIPA is soaked with tropical fruit. Golden Promise pale malt makes up the base of this beer and the use of malted oats and flaked wheat help to soften the overall feel of the beers.
For the yeast, Cosmic Punch is all the rage right now and it's finally time we tried our hand with it. The use of Cascade mash hops help unlocked thiols that the yeast can then convert into some amazing tropical flavors and aromas. Citra Incognito in the whirlpool ensures we retain as many thiols as possible. Finally a healthy dry hopped of two of New Zealand's finest hops in Nelson Sauvin & Motueka round things out.
