Spec Hops: Mission Three

For this mission we decided to tweak the malt bill a little bit. Gone are the malted and flaked oats, replaced with their wheat counterparts. This small change may not seem like much but it has made this one totally different to what we have made in the past. Much hazier look and an enhanced soft feel invite you to come back for more.

For the hops, we went with three of our favorite hops. Large doses of Citra, Galaxy and Strata have lead to an aroma bursting with fruitiness. A bit of lingering bitterness helps to break up the light sweetness from the malts.
