Enjoyed a pint pour with Da Boss while meeting up with @jzeilinger 9-23-25 for $6.00. The menu indicated this is a Czech Pilsner @5.0%.
This was a clean beer with a nice cracker base and a touch of black pepper spiciness on the back end. This was a perfect beer for session purposes!

A - Pale gold straw color with thin lacing and light carbonation.
S - Pale honey gold malt aroma with light earthy citrus.
T - A little grainy up front, crisp honey malt, light peppery spice, bitterness builds at the end for a strong bitter finish.
M - Medium body with lots of prickly carbonation.
O - A respectable pils!
