Growler had hours after pour:
A clear straw gold with maybe a hint of orange. White head is average and falls moderately fast to a thin collar. An occasional small group of bubbles occasionally holds the glass.
Nose is fairly clean, floral hops and a hint of dry bread. Taste is a little bit of a wet cereal malt base that is added to deftly and simply. I get the taste equivalent of the floral hops, with a little citrus fruit and bitterness in the firm of orange pith and light grass. Barely a hint of a metallic tinge in some sips. Medium amount of carbonation, a little more biting whencold, softer by mid-glass.
A nice straightforward blonde ale that is pretty clean and not trying to be too much of anything but a light, fairly balanced, tasty brew. Quite enjoyable.
