A pale golden IPA with brilliant clarity. The judicious use of Amarillo, Citra, and Simcoe hops give dank aroma of resin and pine sap mixed with tropical fruit aromas of mango and papaya that assault your senses. A firm, but smooth, bitterness is balanced by a slight hint of sweet malt flavor with citrusy and fruity notes on the finish. This beer will make your taste buds sing, and should satisfy the hophead in everyone!

Well-balanced, flavorful delicious IPA. It goes down smoothly and at 7 percent I could get myself in trouble, because I want this in my belly. This is the kind of beer you could grab any day of the week. Great job on the dry-hopping. I like the citrusy zing that comes in the aroma and the taste.

On tap at brewery:
A highly clear orange-hued golden color with a frothy white head on this pour. Very nice lacing as the foam turns a bit soapy but stays thick with foam at the edges.
A grainy, earthy bitter mix initially. There’s a little sticky dank and pine resin with warmth. It some whiffs there’s a little funky citrus, but that may be ambient.
A decent cereal malt opening with a heavy tickling carb level. A hint of tangerine/orange turns it towards the hoppy notes. A pine bark/cone aspect comes next, before morphing into more of a pine forest bitter. Little lingering resin.
Little on the mellow side of bitterness for 65 IBUs, but the slow roll of this feature eventually gives you a drier tongue. Overall though, comes to me as a bitter APA.
