At brewery:
Lovely clarity but light head/lace
Nose has a fair bready note but also a slight astringent note. Taste loses it a tad, but picks up the Noble hop notes (Hallertau and Kazbek [??] are used)
Light but with a slightly bold hop grass and spice note. A decent Pilsner that doesn’t stay traditional and might stray slightly into Saaz hop Czech pils range with its bite, but wasn’t a chore to drink by any means.
