The beer pours a nice light brown bubbly head that dissipates at a fast pace. The beer itself is an opaque coffee black that looks very nice. The texture looks slightly milky.
The smell has a strong coffee note upfront and supported by a lighter chocolate note and a barely noticeable sugar vanilla note in the finish.
The taste is very similar to the smell. It has a strong coffee note but followed by both a bitter cocoa chocolate and roasted malt note. The vanilla is nonexistent until the finish but even then it's barely detectable.
The feel is good. It has a creamy and heavy body with a bit of acidic bitterness.
Overall, a decent beer worth having as a regular stout and definitely recommend trying it if you can.

Poured hard from a tall can into a snifter glass, forming a couple fingers of light brown head. Slightly translucent deep brown color, with a heavy ring of lacing after the head faded. Smell is slightly bitter coffee. Taste follows the smell, heavily coffee with a slightly off after taste, not much vanilla. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Way too much coffee for me to properly enjoy since I'm not a huge fan of coffee.
