Enjoyed on tap at the brewery grand opening today.
A - Poured into a standard pint glass a nice crystal clear golden hue with a nice creamy one finger head that fades to leave nice lacing and a thin creamy blanket.
S - Aromas of pleasant lighter citrus, decent amount of mosaic dankness. Light floral and grassy notes as well.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with much lighter citrus notes but higher dank slightly vegetative mosaic. Little onion. Some lighter orange peel on the finish. Very light bitterness.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, clean, decent body.
O - Overall this was a solid pale ale. Not entirely my jam due to the mosaic but still, not bad.
