Enjoyed on tap at the brewery.
A - Poured into a standard tulip a nice slightly hazy golden orange peach flesh hue with a thin one finger head that fades to leave light wisps and a thin halo.
S - Aromas of Belgian esters and phenols, little bit of stone fruit skin and slightly sweet/sour peach pit. The fruit isn't overly aggressive. There are also some toasted grain like aromas as well.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with more of those stronger Belgian notes. Solid estery notes. The peach is much more subtle on the taste, which is unfortunate considering how subtle the nose was. The fruit is more perfume like than anything.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, clean.
O - Overall this was a relatively average saison. The Belgian yeast was nice but the fruit is super subdued. A real shame considering the base beer fairly decent.
