Enjoyed on tap at the brewery.
A - Poured into a standard tulip a nice hazy golden orange hue with a decent one finger head that fades to leave sticky lacing and a thin blanket.
S - Big aromas of bright citrus peel and orange zest. Super juicy with flashes of tropical papaya, definitely getting big Galaxy notes here. Little bit of malt to balance it out. There is some earthy Mosaic notes but they are nicely harmonious and don't really clash.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with bright citrus notes and orange peel, very pithy with loads of bitterness. There is a ton of earthy Mosaic going on that unfortunately overpowers the Galaxy. Finish is lingering spicy slightly herbal.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, crisp, clean. Not overly heavy or fluffy. Body is slightly thin. Almost feels like something was added to give this body, as it coats the tongue like some Midwest beer that has flour to create that "New England" style. As someone said Tree House this is not, however, to compare it to Exhibit A is an insult to Matthew Steinberg.
O - Overall this beer had loads of potential. Solid appearance and a really good nose, however, those Mosaic hops definitely overpower the rest on the taste. Plus, I can't get past how the mouthfeel coats the tongue. Solid beer for sure but in an ocean of ipas this is sadly forgettable.

This is the # 2 Liquid Art they canned on 1-7-19 .... I understand each batch may vary. Can Art is spectacular... This NE IPA is as good as it gets... from looking into their brewing area this Brewery is into small batches where you are going to get some fantastic tastes...
Only gave it a mouth feel of 4.25 because if you compare to the NE IPA's that are thick and taste like pop rocks in your mouth it isn't that... I actually like this style better because it's more like Exhibit A , then Tree House.
