A unique, seasonal hop experience, this beer is made with un-kilned, fresh-from-the-field hops from Four Star Farms in Northfield MA. Added to the brew within hours of harvest, the wet hops retain all their volatile and delicate aroma and flavor compounds and contribute intense, almost ethereal flavors.
