BB 26-02-06. Nice appearance with white head and foggy pale golden beer. Nose is orange and wheaty caracter with some koreander there. Not a bad nose but disturbing was the litle muffyness of the nose that also showed some nutty arome. None of the nose was really fresh as should in a witbier. Taste is litle pale also giving some wheaty maltcaracter, litle yeasty bitter and hanging. Nothing bad about taste also but just IMO litle boring. low carbonisation made the whole even more pale and drinkable but there are IMO many better examples of the style.

Hazy white, creamy, with a thin layer of foam...very typical appearance for the style. Smell is spicey and lemony. It's lemony for good reason as it was served by the waiter with a lemon wedge. As we came to find out, this is a typically Dutch tradition. It also comes with a plastic stirrer/squeezer/crushing tool to squeeze the lemon against the bottom of the glass. Anyway we just went with it. It was quite tart as you can imagine, but refreshing.
