NEIPA Dry hopped exclusively with Citra hops which results in a seriously dank citrus aroma. An extra soft and creamy mouthfeel that has become the Beer Tree Standard.

Very Good Hazy - Anxious to try more offer from this team. Juicy, Hazy, non-bitter. All the good things of a solid NEIPA.

A: The beer is hazy pale dark whitish yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high bright white head that left a thin layer of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lychee are present in the nose along with some hints of lime citrus.
T: The taste follows the smell and has little to no bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This New England IPA is bursting with lots of aromas and flavors of Citra hops but is exceptionally easy to drink. It's the amount of hops you would expect from a Triple IPA with the drinkability of an IPA.

Crowler from Westmere Beverage in Albany, NY.
This one pours a moderately hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells citrusy, with pineapple, melon, and grapefruit, with a bit of marijuana-type aroma as well.
This is a pretty decent take on a sort of IPA that's been beaten into the ground at this point. Nonetheless, the Citra is expressed well, with melon and pineapple leading the way, and a soft bitterness to it. I'd want a bit more bitter and less sweetness if I'm splitting hairs, but it's definitely an enjoyable beer anyway.
This is light bodied, clean, and soft, with a slight creaminess, and a good drinkability.
I haven't really paid much attention to Beer Tree so far, for no real reason. They seem to be make solid beers.

Canned 6-19-19; consumed on 6-28-19.
A: Poured into a tulip glass. Body is hazy light yellowish, with tan/beige undertones. Small whitish head on top leaves a little bit of lace.
S: Pleasant nose of peaches and apricots, with some pineapple juice and lemon peel or zest as it warms up.
T: Light citrus peel (think lemons, even limes), modest apricot and sweet oranges. Touch of pineapple juice on the finish. Overall flavor impression: a little bit "light" - i.e., the flavors aren't big and bold but rather timid.
M: A little bit thin and watery, which I think detracts from the taste score (see above). Carbonation is fine-bubbled and pretty subdued.
O: An easy drinker, that's for sure, but the feel hurts this beer's overall impression.
