Collaboration with Upstate Brewing Company
Brewed with the guys from Upstate Brewing (Elmira, NY). This hazy IPA features Mosaic, Copper and Neo-1 hops for dank notes of tropical fruit and citrus.

From a growler, from Beer Tree. ( I see that cans are available. From Upstate? )
Hazy orange-gold , with moderate, creamy, off-white head.
Smell is tangerine, grapefruit, and as light bit of pineapple juice and mango. A slight "fresh"/bread crust smell , presumably from the malt. Sniffing the open growler also brings up a little not-quite-ripe peach/peach pit aroma.
Taste starts with unripe peach/peach pit (amaretto-ish) , with some bitterness. That is followed by a vague fruit mix, with only a slight grapefruit flavor standing out, briefly, as definable. Some very slight hint of dried strawberry. Finishes with moderate, briefly-lingering bitterness.
Feel is on the light side of medium, with very fine, but noticeable, lingering carbonation tingle. Some lingering astringency at the back of the throat.
Overall , this is enjoyable, and definitely on the bitter side of the NEIPA spectrum, as I prefer it. Might be a bit green . Will have to reevaluate in 2 or 3 weeks, if I can get some then.
