A: The beer is very hazy reddish purple in color - too hazy to see if there is any visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left some lacing on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of raspberries are present in the nose along with hints of lime.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a bit stronger flavors of limes to go along with the raspberries. There is a light amount of sourness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little tart and creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is refreshing and easy to drink. The limes seems to mellow out the tart flavors of raspberries to some degree.

A well balance of raspberry upfront with a finish of more raspberry and a hint of lime. Definitely very sour, fruity, and refreshing. Great beer right here.

Can dated 2/19/19 "Be Weisser" ;) , poured into a tulip.
Bright, slightly-purplish red, with ample, quickly-dissipating pink head.
Smells of raspberry pie-filling, but stronger, and fresher.
Taste is sour raspberries, slight & brief bready flavor, finishing with fresh lime flavor, that lingers a bit, shifting to lime rind after the raspberry is gone. Slight bitterness that shows up at the same time as the lime rind flavor.
Feel, as expected, is fairly light , with moderately fine carbonation, that provides some light, but noticeable tingle on the finish.
Overall....wow! Really good. The flavors are beautifully balanced, and the feel is just right. So easy-drinking , that even with this short review, I'm on the last sip, even before filling in the ratings. A real joy. I hope this becomes a repeat , come summer. (Fyi, I love sour styles in general. ymmv)
Edit : DO let it warm up a bit. 1st had been sitting out for 15 min. Now on #2, a bit too cold, & flavor is more limey.
