Copenhagen 22/10 2023. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-hop. Close up of hop flowers on the can in green, red and purple with a bit of luminescent sheen.
Pours opaque, hazy yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intensewith a sweet fruity odor of Stone fruit mingling with a scent of subtle citrus. Peach and apricot. Citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, silken, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Silken and soft - and quite sweet.

From a 16oz can dated 10/1/24 into a shaker pint glass. Can message: Hazy colors
Pours a hazy (not opaque) orangish yellow with about two fingers of white head great retention and lacing.
Big aromas of apple and sweet berries. Light citrus.
Taste follows. Very sweet-annoyingly so. Barely a hint of bitterness.
Thin but soft mouthfeel. Medium prickly carbonation.
I guess I'll be that guy. Disappointed in this one. This beer checks some of the NEIPA boxes but man is it sweet. Kind of one dimensional.

Canned 10/16/20, tasted 11/30/20. Another delicious IPA from Beer Tree! Like the other reviewers, I found this to have a ton of flavor, but like several of the other Beer Tree brews I've tried, it is really sweet. But there's so much fruit flavor there that it's still enjoyable as long as you're not looking for something totally different. The mouthfeel is excellent - creamy and fluffy and enjoyable to swirl around your mouth as the flavors develop.

A: Poured from the can into a tulip glass. Body is hazy yellow/golden with a wisp of white head.
S: Nice nose of tropical fruit and citrusy hops: mango, papaya, grapefruit peel and ripe oranges. Hint of lime.
T: Pretty much follows the nose, though veering towards the sweeter side (rather than the bitter side) of things. Think ripe mango, papaya, melon and oranges. Pineapple-orange juice. Also sugary - likely from the milk sugars they added. Methinks they should've dialed that back a bit, let some bitterness balance it out a bit.
M: Medium-to-full in heft, juicy in feel.
O: Very solid. A little too sweet for my preferences, but it's tasty.

-the can pour is opaquely cloudy and a pale cream color. It hosts a thin foam cap and a tropical and minty aroma. The flavor is rich with mango, grapefruit, berries and a bit of mint. The hop bitterness is moderate, but I find this a bit sweet. -big flavor!

From a can dated 10.24.19
Pours very hazy gold, with creamy, very fine, long-lasting off-white head. 1/4" of long-lasting lacing.
Smell is .....marshmellows, ;o , pineapple, (light) tangerine, mango, pawpaw, and (slight) passionfruit.
Taste is pineapple juice, tangerine, slight grapefruit rind, peach/nectarine pit, and a vanilla-creme sweetness. The grapefruit rind/stone fruit bitterness outweighs the sweetness, so it is by no means sweet overall. (A plus in my estimation.)
Feel is medium, lightly creamy, with a very fine, but decidedly biting , carbonation tingle on the finish.
Overall, very enjoyable. Nothing earth-shattering, just a typical top-notch NEIPA from Beer Tree. (That's a good thing. :) ) I'd recommend it. :)
