Canned on 5/4/21; consumed on 5/21/21.
A: Poured into a Tree House tulip. Body is hazy golden-yellow with a half-finger of tight-bubbled white head on top.
S: Nice nose of tropical fruit and citrus - think sweeter tropical fruits (papaya, mango, melon), oranges, and a touch of pineapple.
T: Like the nose, the taste here leans toward the sweeter side of things. Pineapple-orange juice with sugar-cookie malt underneath. Sweeter tropical fruits - melon, papaya - and a bit of ripe oranges. Heat from the 7.1% ABV not noted on the palate, but felt in the belly.
M: Juicy in feel, but slightly watery. Non-existent carbonation. Medium+ in heft.
O: Not a bad beer, but a tad bit too sweet for my personal preference.
