Mixed fermentation sour NEIPA brewed with Oats, Soft White Wheat, Wheat Flakes, 2-Row Barley and Milk Sugar with a generous whirlpool addition of Michigan Copper and Citra Hops. DDH with Galaxy and Rakau and conditioned on the exotic Banana Passionfruit and Vanilla.

A: The beer is very hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that quickly died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of vanilla are present in the nose along with hints of lime citrus.
T: The taste is quite sour and has flavors of gooseberries and limes with hints of
M: It feels medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
