Canned 8/16/20 "Eye of the Dragon" . Unopened can let warm for about 20 minutes.
Hazy bright red, with one finger of pink head. About = raspberry juice with a little cream mixed in.
Smell is mostly moderate raspberry and dragon fruit, with a slight "fresh" aroma , from the malt. The mango is underneath all that, with brief flashes of being more apparent.
Taste, in order of prominence, is mango first, then dragon fruit, then raspberry. Moderately sour, with slight creaminess on the finish. (Has lactose.) Light herbal bitterness. (Michigan Copper hops?) The overall combination ends up giving a hint of pineapple also.
Feel is medium, and, unsurprisingly... juicy, with very, very fine, soft-creamy carbonation.
Overall, another top-notch offering in this series from Beer Tree. A joy to all of the senses, and dangerously easy-drinking. My 2nd favorite of the Trippy Tree series, just a 1/2hair below the Mango/Pineapple/Coconut version. If you see this anywhere, get it. :)
