Copenhagen 31/102023. 47,3 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Can with drawing of a very colorful landscape which seems to cater for the LGBT community.
Pours opaque, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as 0,1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits and oranges. Mingling with tart sour citrus fruit. Ripe peach and mango. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Fruity yet gentle powerhouse.

Canning date illegible, but purchased at Beer Tree in Dec 2024. Classic NE IPA in style. Nice tropical notes on the nose and palate. Biggest surprise was the silky-smooth mouthfeel with low-key bitterness. Delicious.

A: Poured from the can into a Tree House tulip. Body is slightly hazy bright golden with a small white head on top.
S: Tropical fruit - pineapple - and pine jump out of the glass.
T: First impression is more about the feel than the taste - it's a bit syrupy in feel. Past that, it's surprisingly sweet given the nose: sugar cookie doughy malt followed by ripe oranges and candied oranges.
M: As noted, a bit thick and syrupy in feel.
O: OK. A bit too sweet for my taste. But it's not bad.

Canned 10/14/20, tasted 11/27/20. Awesome look to this beer - a rich, hazy orange. The feel was also great - super creamy. The smell and taste were fine, but overly sweet. There was a lot of fruitiness to it though, which was nice. But overall this almost felt like a dessert smoothie rather than a beer. Still a beer I'd be happy to drink, but only when I'm in the mood for a sweeter beer.
