NEIIPA with big notes of golden apricot, sweet and juicy melon, ripe guava, and papaya. Candy-like sweetness that goes down easier than a long-boarder zooming down a wicked hill.
Brewed with Citra Incognito, Idaho 7, NZ Revolution Blend (Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Pacific Sunrise, Riwaka), and Citra Cryo.

Copenhagen 20/10 2023. 47,3 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Yellow can with a Skate board wobbling away.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, fermented odor of Stone fruit mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Overripe peach, petroleum, mango and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is rather intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a pleasant mellowing sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Well balanced, smooth DIPA, which hides its ABV pretty well.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy pale dark whitish yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high dense white head that gradually died down, leaving a thin head covering the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lychee and melon are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of apricots and hints of grapefruit towards the finish.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very smooth on the palate with some juiciness.
O: This New England-style IPA has an incredibly smooth mouthfeel and has an interesting mix of aromas and flavors from the hops. It is very drinkable considering its strength.
