Every night we close our eyes and dream of (Pollinated) paradise
Introducing Pollinated Paradise!! A 6% summertime fruited sour brewed in collaboration with Rising Storm Brewing! Conditioned on Kutik's clover honey, lavender, and blackberries. Notes of sweet, golden honey intertwine with bright, floral, herbaceous lavender. Large notes of plump, ripe, juicy blackberry give this brew that fruity, subtly tart punch.

Hazy purplish-red, with 2+ fingers of pink foam, that leaves some spotty lacing. Pretty stuff. :)
Smells of lime, lavender, and an undefined mixed berry aroma.
Taste is a slightly sour mix of lime, raspberry, and blackberry. The lavender was done with a light touch, coming across as an indistinct herbal presence. If I didn't know, I would think it was from Michigan Copper hops, rather than lavender. It is slightly more defined in the lingering aftertaste, but I have to strain to detect it.
Feel is light-medium, juicy, with moderate soft carbonation.
Overall , an enjoyable summer sour. I like that the lavender is subtly done. It would be easy to overdo it, but this avoids that pitfall. Worth a try, even if you're not a fan of lavender. :)
