Four score and four years ago . . . Beer Tree Brew was born! Introducing Year Four! In celebration of our fourth anniversary, we wanted to brew something that captured the zest and light that each of you bring to Beer Tree. Sweet, citrusy aroma followed by bright tangerine. Warm, succulent peach overlaps with douses of juicy pineapple. This 8.1% pour rounds out with delicate floral notes. Brewed with Mosaic, Mosaic Incognito, Mosaic Cryo, Strata, and Galaxy.

Canned 10/22/21, so ten days old.
Hazy orangey-gold, with 2+ fingers of ivory head.
Smell is peach , tangelo, pineapple, and slight biscuity malt. A hint of grapefruit shows up when swirled. Can also smell that from the open can.
Taste is orange, pineapple creamsicle, mango, persimmon, slight grapefruit pith, and something ( probably malt) vaguely custard-like..... A hint of pawpaw? Light bitterness towards the end, that lingers a bit.
Feel is medium and creamy, with moderate, very, very fine carbonation, that gives a slight bite at the end. Feels lighter than the 8.1% abv would lead me to expect. Very slight astringency at finish, as it warms. I'd expect that will fade with time. (If I can manage to hang onto one for 3-4 weeks, I'll revisit. ;) )
Overall , enjoyable and dangerously easy-drinking. I don't think it's any better than some of the stuff in their regular rotation, such as Mosaic Sunset, Citra Grove, & the Forest series, but it's still pretty good, and worth checking out.
