Vibrant magenta with shades of blood orange. Pale pink, fizzy, low retention.
Freeze dried raspberry and vanilla ice cream. Flavor follows and tastes like haagen-daaz raspberry sorbet...very sweet. Quality flavor, yet a little monotone; and, just like the sorbet that I can only take a few bites of at a time, it is a challenge to finish the entire glass. Tasty sipper though, and a solid base to make beer cocktails.
Super smooth body with the addition of lactose; mild-mod carbonation gives the sensation of ice crystals.
