In this 5% Gose, a fuchsia pink pour overflows into a waterfall of fruity prickly pear and light coriander. Bright notes of lemon zest illuminate your palate while accentuating the notes of prickly pear. Salty, sweet, sour!

Canned 7/8/22. A lurker, that just never got drank. ; )
Bright pinkish-red {"neon fuchsia" ? } , with a little less than one finger of pink head, that quickly fades to a thin ring, and a few small spots of lacing . It almost doesn't look real.
Smell is the usual gose combo of "fresh" malt and slight sour tang. As the head fades, the prickly pear becomes quite noticeable. Brief flashes of faint lemon , if swirled. Had the first three of these in early August , with the same result. Doesn't seem appreciably different.
Taste is..... big surprise....prickly pear :) + cooked lemon+pastry (malt), as in many lemon-flavored desserts . I.e., clearly lemon, still some sourness, but not the sharp, tart, fresh lemon flavor. I like it. Some coriander spiciness, as befitting the style. Very slight , lingering bitterness. Slight saltiness mid-taste, that fades before finish.
Feel light-medium, and juicy, with moderate, very, very fine carbonation tingle .
Overall, still very enjoyable and refreshing, even at 4+ months old. Hoping this makes a return appearance next summer.
