Our Belgian Witbier, Endless Weekend, is classic yet timeless and elevates your mind to that same exact mentality. Light and thirst quenching with notes of coriander, zesty orange peel and splashes of cream soda.

The date is smudged, but judging by when it first appeared in the grocery store , guessing it was canned in early to mid January. (Beer Tree is local, & self-distributes.) Has been refrigerated the whole way.
Hazy , see-through yellow, with 1/2 finger of white head.
Smells of banana , bubble gum, slight crackery malt, and very slight, vague, spiciness.
Taste is similar to aroma, with the malty element presenting as light touch of dry bread crust. Spicy part is more apparent, and more identifiable than in the aroma, with the typical coriander, black pepper, and clove mix. Thankfully for me, the clove is barely there. (I like a little, but beyond a "hint" makes it almost undrinkable for me.) Light bitterness near finish.
Feel is light, and initially smooth, with light, very fine, sharp carbonation coming on about halfway though, feeling finely sharp at the back of the throat. Wish it was a bit less prickly, though that might be good in hot weather.
Overall, enjoyable, and easy drinking. Hope to try it again in summer.
