Moderately cloudy, dark copper pour and body; dense, slow-rising carbonation; lasting head, dense, two-finger thick. Malt-forward nose; caramel; a bit musty; muted suggestion of spiciness. So-so taste; weakened, almost watery caramel sweetness; stronger Fall weather spiciness; cinnamon and nutmeg come to mind. Medium-heavy body;
Well, my first experience with a bland winter warmer ale. There is no oomph to anything here overall.
ABV: 6.3%; pouring temperature: 48.4 °F; canning info: 10/08/2025

16 oz can ($3.79) with an 8 October 2025 stamped on the bottom.
Appearance. Pours with a lightly hazy red-copper colored body but the beige head is weak.
Both the flavor and mouthfeel improved (at least 1/2 point) with some warming. It has a bit more spicing than I'd like: specifically, too much nutmeg.
Overall, the look, aroma and flavor profiles are well suited for the winter season.

Orangey brown murky body with an off-white cap. Bug spiced nose, toasted caramel malt backing with a hint of orange peel. Taste has the spices way too strong, ginger and clove in particular, thin caramel malt and sweetbread yeast aren’t up to the task, watery in the middle. Feel frankly falls apart after yeast and spice tone, watery malt left behind

Poured into a wide mouth, grip shaped goblet: color is amber, murky, head is light tan with fine bubbles, head presents 1/4 inch thick, no lacing.
Smell is light spice with mixed cinnamon, ginger, allspice, clove, light sweetness, maybe some caramel.
Taste is similar with mixed spice - cinnamon/ginger/allspice/clove notable and not one heavy; sweetness with caramel and fermentation notable.
Mouthfeel is lower carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate spiced bitterness and feel.
Overall a sweeter and moderately spiced winter ale.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass; no known birth date. Pours initial brownish head though rapidly recedes. Great aromas of nutmeg and other seasonal spices. Taste a bit muted though brown sugar burns through. Good.
