Hazy coral-pink, with slight apricot tint. 1 /12 fingers of creamy pink head. Looks like fresh-squeezed pink grapefruit juice, with a head.
Smells of peach pie filling, a vague berry aroma, creamy vanilla, and a faint spiciness.
Taste is slightly sour mixed fruit , a bit of creamy vanilla, the slight spiciness in the aroma, that could be cinnamon, allspice or both. There is a lingering warm bite after finish, that announces the presence of cinnamon. There is also a faint herbal aftertaste (hops, I assume) . Both of those provide the balancing bitterness, that counters the slight sweetness, without being obvious, & overdone.
Feel is medium, smooth, and juicy, with light, very, very fine carbonation bite. Slight warming after finish, from the cinnamon.
Overall, enjoyable, and well done. If I had read the description, I probably would have passed on this, but as my brother offered it to me, I gave it a try. (Thanks, Derek! :) ) Glad I did. :)
