In celebration of their 65th year in business here in our beloved community, we have teamed up with our friends at Sam the Beer Man to bring you Synergistic - Oat Cream Double IPA! We chose the classic one-two punch combo of Citra + Mosaic for the dry hop, doubled down on the oat content, and added just a touch of lactose to give you that Beer Tree velvety smooth, mega hazy, tropical fruit forward with a citrus punch, juicy Double IPA that you know and love! On behalf of Sam the Beer Man and Beer Tree Brew, our community is everything to us and we look forward to working in Synergy with you for many years to come. This one is for you! Cheers!

Canned 6/19/23. Let warm for 15 minutes or so, before opening.
Hazy,murky yellow, with large creamy white head.
Smells of fresh grapefruit, pineapple, Valencia orange, passion fruit, ripe,sweetish (relatively ;) ) lemon, guava, & kiwi. Slight hint of creaminess.
Taste is pretty much same as aroma, except maybe with grapefruit a little less noticeable. Very smooth, & well-balanced. Light bitterness.
Feel is sooth & juicy, with light, very,very fine carbonation tingle.
Overall, a fantastic collaboration & tribute. Hope BTBC continues brew this beyond this one occasion, & that Sam's is there to have it in the cooler. :)
