Crisp, clean, and utterly refreshing. Saaz hops create a delicate balance of earthy bitterness and floral aroma with a smooth malt backbone.

Translucent deep gold with two fingers of off-white head.
Smell is bready, floral, faintly fruity, and lightly spicy, with a touch of sweetness.
Taste is similar to aroma, but a touch drier , and a little less bready and fruity. Light bitterness.
Feel is light-medium, with moderate, moderately sharp carbonation tingle that builds towards finish, and lingers awhile after. Drying finish and aftertaste.
Overall, well-done, and easy-drinking.
