Old Man Splitfoot: Double Oaked

This barrel-aged barleywine was carefully blended from rum, bourbon, and rye whiskey barrels to create a layered, complex drinking experience. After the initial blend, the beer was returned to bourbon barrels for an additional year of aging, adding further depth and refinement. Rich notes of oak, vanilla, toffee, dried dark fruit, and brown sugar lead the way, finishing with a subtle rye spice and warming bourbon character.
