A- Draft to tulip pour with a very slight haze and a golden yellow body. One cm head rises up with a frothy white texture and decent retention. A wide ring leaves a few patches of lace.
S- A clean blend of fruity hops and pale yet not sweet base barley. Seems like the hops are in the Citra hemisphere with a balance of citrus, tropical and floral notes here. Mango, soft citrus like mandirin, peach, slight grapefruit and lime. Grainy backdrop.
T- Much like the aroma but added here is more floral, grapefruit zestyness, spicy and pine notes. The balance of subtle juicy hops like mango, peach, orange, grapefruit, pine and spice leads to freshly cracked two-row and bready hints.
MF- Silky and fairly creamy consistency with a high level of bubbles. Really smooth and pillowy and it ends with a hint of bitterness.
Simple and somewhat laid back but at the end of the day a clean balance of fruity floral hops and pale barley is always refreshing and worth it.
