A- Draft to a snifter with a cloudy yellow hue. No head really forms and only a tiny ring at the edges. Lacing not happening here.
S- Very distinct aroma that I cant quite put my finger on. Its like floral, perfumy berries and fruity things like citrus and tropical. Mango, passion fruit, strawberries, dank and perhaps underripe stone fruit like apricot.
T- Again that very distinct floral perfume berry flavor opens things up like flowers and berries leading into mango, apricot, peach, green stonefruit, bubble gum and floral hops. Somewhat sweet but malts are quiet for the most part.
MF- Medium bodied with a slight slickness and a somewhat low level of carbonation. Ends fairly bitter and the texture is a touch silky and frothy.
Solid but has a very up front and distinct floral and berry hop note. It opens up with some warming but never quite balances out with the other fruits.
