16oz canned 1-21-20, opened 2-7-20.
1 finger fluffy white head, excellent retention at 1/2" and beginnings of early fresh and sticky lacing. Orange-gold color with decent clarity against a light and plenty of active carbonation streams.
Lactic sour twang in the nose, a hint of funk with a nice light aroma of peaches and lemon. Has a subtle wine-like complexity in the nose (almost wine barrel-ish). More funk as it warms some.
Lightly sour flash over sweet peach and a just perceptible doughy malt base. Nice balance for my palate.
Light body, medium carbonation. Bright entry and a medium length zingy finish.
Very good. A nice change from all the IPA's and Stouts I've been drinking.
This brewery continues to impress me.
