12oz canned 4/4/20, purchased at the brewery. Opened 4/11/20.
2 finger off white head with excellent retention. Deep golden IPA with good clarity. Thick, fresh lacing.
Candied orange hop nose, a bit of pine/weed and an underlying appealing hop spice. Doughy malt undertones show but not until late.
Tasty IPA, WC but unique in it's own right. clean and quaffable even at 8.1%. Citrus, pine, spice...good stuff.
Bright entry, medium body and perfect carbonation. Medium length, off-dry and hoppy finish.
Very good.
Drinkability is high and I really like the hop spice aroma and flavor, I'm grasping for a better description than that but can't find it currently.
