12oz canned 4/4/20. Opened 5/2/20.
1" sand colored head on an orange-amber red ale. Good clarity and plenty of carbonation moving up to keep the head afloat at 1/4" solid. Spotty lacing.
Caramel and toasted malts. Fruit (caramel apple and pear). Sweet malt, Dough, bread crust. Yeasty esters.
Sweet caramel, bread dough, brown bread crust, wort, fruity esters, malt and yeast driven red ale.
Medium body, creamy mouthfeel with medium low carbonation. Low bitterness, sweetness lingers. Short malty finish.
Good.
