Dark amber brew with lacing in the glass. Spritzy and tangy, but not actually sour. Quite aromatic with fruit. Not particularly salty, though there is just enough. The fruit tastes ripe and mellow. There is almost a watermelon flavor plus that elusive indescribable cactus. Just a little sweetness, even.
This is about my favorite Gose in years. Maybe it's not one for the purists, but it's highly drinkable and has what seems important to me: clean and refreshing zingy taste. On tap at the brewery tasting room.
