Tawny, brown body with a wispy yet lasting head. Deep notes of charred grain with a twitch caramel to the smell. The taste also brings out strong notes of caramel, grain husk char, and roasted nuts; mild sweetness and hop bitterness. Medium body; smooth and slick.
A damn fine brown ale.
On tap at Oskar Blues in Colorado Springs.
