A Pilsner reminiscent of the style of beer brewed before prohibition. A healthy portion of corn is added for a light sweetness. Medium bodied but crisp and refreshing.

Crystal clear, golden yellow body; coarse carbonation; decent head, a bit patchy but with big globs of sticky white foam. Bright, sweet aroma; a bit spicy. Spicy flavor with a definite sweet corn component; nice hop bitterness. Medium-light body; crisp; some residual sugar notes; finishes mostly dry.
This beer is decent enough. The brewery claims to add a "healthy portion of corn"for a light sweetness, and that is quite evident. Nice enough, refreshing enough, good enough...
