Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a waisted pint glass.
Unfiltered, pale gold colored body. Creamy and long-lasting white head. Leaves behind a partial lacing wall.
Aroma of wheat and tropical fruit.
Taste is wheat malt joined by a tropical fruit flavor, more in the realm of papaya and lychee, along with a coriander spice note. Tropical stone fruit lingers in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel. Creamy texture. Good carbonation.
Stays away from expected banana and cloves esters, but expresses in its own way.
