Served on draft at the brewery. Doesn’t really look like an IPA. Crystal clear like a lager. I don’t mind the beer being clear usually but this one strikes me as odd. Aroma was lacking mint but the flavor had the mint shine through. Really interesting. Not getting any IPA hop bitterness or hop flavor. Never had a milkshake IPA so not sure if that is standard procedure or not. Enjoyable. More so if it was cold and during the holidays.
