Pilsner is the beer that brewers reach for. Like a musician’s favorite track, it’s a Deep Cut. This one is made with all German malt and hops. Lightly bready malt character with floral and herbal hop notes. It’s crisp, complex & crushable.

Clear very light gold with a finger of head that reduces to a line. Lemony aroma with some herbalness. Little bit of graininess in flavor but it is dominated by bitterness as mentioned. Light mouthfeel, decent fizziness.

12oz can purchased from the fridge as a single for $1.99. Canned on 4/20/2022 "EMBIID FOR MVP", so this is almost 8 weeks old.
Look: Pours an almost clear golden color. There is the slightest haziness. There was a rocky head upon pouring, but it dissipated to almost nothing. There is a sticky lacing hanging around.
Smell: The smell is nice - it's very herbal and floral. Lemony, bright, and a little bit skunky. Reminds me also of white grape juice. A bit spicy on the back end. Lots of yeasty, bready aromas.
Taste: Very tasty. It's basically what you would except. Up front, I get that lemony notes and white grape flavor - it's very light and refreshing. The finish is throwing me off a bit because it's too herbal for my taste. It's very skunky too, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it is a bit overpowering as the finish is very bitter and it dominates the palate. It's actually growing on me and I kind of like it. Again, it's different and I think that they are very aggressive with their usage of hops.
Feel: It is nicely carbonated and it's very drinkable. Light to medium body.
Overall: It's quite nice. Very appropriate to enjoy during hot weather or occasionally at other times of the year.

Bubbly golden in body with frothy white head that stays. Aroma of grass, lemon. Tastes of grass, lemon, light citrus, mild dryness and hop presence towards the finish. Light bodied with light carbonation.
