Our Belgian-style pale ale aged in French oak barrels & matured with Brett Lambicus & Lactobacillus. Dry hopped in the barrel with Hersbrucker & European aged hops. Bread-like malt character fronted by a bright & lightly spicy tartness. Complex citrus & pear notes blend into a dry, tart finish.
