Bonus Track is a mixed culture beer that began its life as Hype Track Pilsner first brewed for our 5th anniversary in April 2023. It rested for 12 months in a Philadelphia Distilling Bluecoat Gin barrel with Brettanomyces, lemongrass, and rose-hips. Subtle funk meets warm citrus, bright herbal notes, with a light floral fruitiness, and spirited undertones of gin.
