Blanketing lace from the nitro pour. Light can pass through the very edge of the beer. Otherwise, it’s black in color.
More chocolate than coffee aroma; a mocha. No chalk. Attractive.
The taste has a little bit more burnt flavor than the smell suggests. Think dark chocolate in terms of the general taste. The finish has some bittering hop. Smooth finish with a lingering dry chocolate flavor in the aftertaste.
