Clear, amber color. Small head but it leaves some fine lines of lace.
Mild aroma, but no negatives. Toasted bread for malt aroma. No notable hop.
This is a well made Marzen. Strong bready flavor with a definitive toast taste. There is a light hop finish. Full bodied with an average carbonation level. Decent aftertaste for the style.
