Cloudy, apricot juice-like appearance. Small head which settles to rim bubbles, but it leaves a couple of rings of lace.
Mild aroma with neutral notes. Nothing extraordinary outside of the pale ale smells.
The taste is very different—first, I needed to ask if they used Belgian yeast—this beer has that yeasty bite. There is a touch of fruitiness although I wouldn’t be able to identify peach explicitly without knowing the name. The finish brings back the bite, but the aftertaste isn’t as long as i would expect.
