Inspired by a chocolate dipped praline, this beer is rich, nutty and decadent. This imperial stout has been infused with freshly toasted pecans, Comoros and Ugandan vanilla beans, and Ghanaian cacao nibs.

2024 Batch! Sweet milk chocolate, pecan and almond nutty, and a vanilla ice cream nose on this one! Taste follows with a milk chocolate nutty and vanilla finish. This has a full and an almost creamy feel to it...this helps carry the nutty chocolate and vanilla throughout the swallow. Pretty tasty!

Had on-tap at Moksa Brewing Co in Rocklin, CA
Appearance - Served up in an 11oz snifter, black with cola brown highlights where light can penetrate. Mostly barren surface with a razor thin layer of suds encircling the edge of the glass. Some broken webbing and small spotting make up the lace.
Smell - Milk and dark chocolate stand out on the nose. Fair vanilla. Pecan nuttiness sits beneath.
Taste - Follows the nose. Chocolatey burst upfront before some vanilla mellows out the chocolate. Pecans ride beneath but emerge mid-taste, adding a touch of roast and nutty goodness. Finish is wonderfully balanced with lingering chocolate, pecan and vanilla notes. This just begs to be chugged, but best sipped and savored.
Mouthfeel - Full in body with fair carbonation. Creamy, velvety texture that goes down stupid smooth and easy.
Overall - Damn, this is a great beer. A little pricey but its one of the best Non-BA stouts I've ever had.
