The beer has a canning date of 10/31/18.
L: Pours a light straw yellow color. Does have an unfiltered appearance, but isn't as hazy as other "hazy" ipas, especially by todays standards. Practically no head formed when I poured the beer, but there is traces of lacing left as I drink the beer.
S: Very minimal. Slight notes of orange, lemon and melon. Not much else. Grassy character to the hop profile.
T: Right up front I get a lot of lemon and grapefruit. Quite a bit of herbal character to the beer. Finish is bitter with lingering pine and lemon.
F: Medium body and weight. Carbonation is moderate, which is nice because if it was overly done it would ruin this beer for me.
O: An enjoyable beer. This is the first offering I've had from Moksa, and I look forward to trying more. I also appreciate the lower abv, making it a perfect brew for during the week. I am glad to have tried. Cheers!
