This is the 3rd Memberhood beer sold only to our faithful membership. For Intemperance we dove deeper into exploring the flavor profiles from different regions of the world. We used Mexican and Chinese Cinnamon, Mexican Vanilla Beans, Meadowfoam Honey, and Nicaraguan Cacao Nibs to produce a flavor profile similar to a s’more. We are looking forward to seeing how this one ages as it will develop a more s’more flavor profile as time goes on.

Pours jet black with chocolate colored foam.
Smell is intense and sweet with notes of fudge, chocolate, Ovaltine, cocoa, vanilla and chocolate cake.
Taste is massive and sweet. Notes of golden syrup, chocolate ckae, fudge, pie crust, burnt sugar, burnt butter, vanilla, cinnamon and hints of pie crust and walnuts.
Mouthfeel is thick and velvety, well carbonated.
Overall, a massive stout that is incredible at hiding it's ABV.
